UniPrint customer information and policies
UniPrint helps university students upload documents, pay for print jobs, choose approved campus print shops, and track orders until collection.
What UniPrint Does
UniPrint is a campus printing platform for students and print vendors. Students can create an account, upload a document, choose an available print shop, receive transparent pricing, pay before printing, and track the order status. Vendors receive paid orders, manage shop pricing, download documents, and update order progress.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
A student may request a cancellation or refund before a vendor starts processing the print job. Once a job has moved to processing, printing, ready, or collected, refunds are only considered if the vendor cannot complete the order, the wrong document was printed due to a platform/vendor error, or the printed work is materially different from the order details.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel where possible. Processing timelines may depend on the payment provider and the student's bank or mobile money operator.
Terms of Use
Users must provide accurate account and order information, upload only documents they are allowed to print, and collect completed work from the selected vendor. Vendors must set accurate prices, process only paid orders, protect student documents, and update order statuses honestly.
UniPrint may suspend accounts that misuse the platform, submit fraudulent orders, abuse vendors or students, upload illegal content, or attempt to bypass payment and order controls.
Privacy Policy
UniPrint collects account details, school/campus details, uploaded documents, order information, payment references, and support messages needed to operate the service. This data is used to create accounts, route print orders, confirm payments, support users, and improve platform reliability.
Uploaded documents are shared only with the selected vendor, the student who uploaded them, and authorized platform administrators when needed for support or safety. UniPrint does not sell student or vendor data.
Payment & Order Safety
UniPrint requires payment before a vendor receives a print job. This protects vendors from abandoned orders and helps students keep clear proof of payment, price, order status, and pickup readiness.
